Jamie Orme MA Fine Art

As of the 25th of November 2017, Jamie has exhibited three times at The Line Gallery (Linlithgow), as well as exhibiting once at the Dok Gallery (Edinburgh), and curated a successful solo exhibition at The Linlithgow Centre for Contemporary Arts (Linlithgow). Originally born in Kirkcaldy, Jamie has spent many years transitioning homes. He spent most of his life in Linlithgow, and travelled to New Zealand for a year at the age of 18, then returning to live in Glasgow as he studied at The Tramway Visual Arts Studio. Jamie is currently in the second year of his Fine Art Masters degree at Edinburgh University. Last summer (2017), he and his girlfriend Katie Barron (DJcad) raised close to £1000 (incl. Gift Aid) for the Charity Scottish Association for Mental Health (SamH) in a 2000 mile long cycle trip from Bergen, Norway, to Marseilles, France.
